- Return policy
Returning a product is always possible, either at etq store in Amsterdam or through our online return service. When requesting a return, make sure to mind the following information:
You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel. To request a return or exchange, you can either log in to your account, or in case you don’t have an account, use the Return link provided in the conformation e-mail. You will then be redirected to a page where you will have to make an account, this is necessary to process your return correctly.
To prepare the parcel for shipment and plan a pick up, follow the instructions on the return form or ‘Return label and Instructions’ mail. The return-shipping fee for an exchange is free. If you’d like to return your product for a refund, the return shipping-fee will be deducted from the refunded amount you can find the refund costs on the Shipping Information page.
All goods are inspected upon return. We aim to process any returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days and will contact you once the process is completed. Be aware that it might take up to 10 calendar days for the funds to be credited back to your bank account or card issuer.
Online orders can also be returned at etq store in Amsterdam. We can exchange your order for a different size on site or issue a refund. Please note that stock of sizes can fluctuate, so check beforehand to make sure we have your size available at the store. Also note that the refund cannot be given directly in-store, but will be issued through our system within 14 calendar days.
Any returns that do not comply with the aforementioned may be denied at discretion of etq store.
- International returns
All returned items should be declared as ‘Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This should be written on the packaging as well as in the declarations form. Returned packages that don’t have this mention may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and might be subject to additional fees.
